Please Attend Smith/Allen Hearing if You Can

[Note: Friends of Justice is a personal blog. I speak only for myself.]

Dear Friend of Justice,

I just spoke with Joseph Allen. A hearing has been scheduled in Lorain, Ohio on February 8th. The lawyers want as many supporters as possible to attend. If you can attend, please let me know and I will pass on the information.

By Monday, we should know the time of the hearing and the courtroom. I will post that information when I have it.

  1. I can not attend but have been posting this story on Facebook. This is so disgustingly unfair! They will NEVER let you go on a wrongful conviction. They will fighter longer and harder than ever before to keep you innocently IN prison. I advocate for the wrongfully convicted holding the 1st two Freedom March for the Wrongfully Convicted in our state. I work with other advocates working on reform and the issues of innocent incarceration. This story is so extremely disturbing. Please, please. please. If you could let both of them know I am with them in spirit and pray that they are vindicated completely!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Clarence,

Nancy is my cousin, and an innocent woman. I will be at the hearing to stand beside and support her. If travel mercies permit (from NC) my daughter Brianna Frisby may be in attendance as well.
